Refund Policy

Videoz.Fun is a service of CloudWish LLC.

1. A video that fails

If a video fails to generate, the coins it used are returned to your balance automatically. You do not need to ask.

2. Purchases on the website

If you paid on the website and something is wrong, write to support@videoz.fun within 14 days of the payment. Tell us your username and what happened. We look at every request and answer as soon as we can. Where the law gives you a right to a refund, we honour it.

3. Purchases in the app

Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are handled by Apple and Google. Ask them for a refund through their refund process. We cannot refund those payments ourselves.

4. Coins already used

Coins that were used for a video that was made are not refunded, except where the law requires it.

5. Chargebacks

If you have a problem with a payment, please write to us first. We can usually fix it faster than your bank can. A chargeback may lead us to suspend the account while it is reviewed.
