Terms of Service

Videoz.Fun is a service of CloudWish LLC.

1. Who we are

These terms apply to Videoz.Fun (the website and the mobile app), operated by CloudWish LLC ("we", "us"). By using Videoz.Fun you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

2. Who may use Videoz.Fun

You must be 18 or older. When you add a photo of a face, you confirm that it is your own face, or that the person shown is an adult who has given you clear permission to use their face to make videos.

3. Your account

You start with an automatic username. Your coins, videos and purchases belong to that account, even if you never add an e-mail address. Adding an e-mail address or a password lets you sign in on another device. Keep your sign-in details private: you are responsible for what happens in your account.

4. Coins

• Coins are a virtual balance used to make videos. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for money.
• Our ledger is the only record of your balance. The app and the website only display it.
• Subscription coins are valid for the current period: at each renewal the new period's coins replace any left over. Intro coins end when the first paid month starts. Coin packs you buy on the website are valid for 12 months. Coin packs you buy in the App Store or Google Play never expire.

5. Making videos

• No video is made before payment: coins are used when you press Generate.
• If a video fails to generate, the coins it used are returned to your balance automatically.
• Results are made by AI and can look different from the template. We do not promise a particular result.

6. Your photos and your videos

You keep the rights you have in your photos and videos. You give us a limited licence to process them only to make the video you asked for and to show it to you in your library. Never upload another person's face without their consent. Photos you upload are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Music you add to a video must be yours, or you must be licensed to use it. If we receive a copyright report about a video, we may remove it. Music files are only mixed into your video on our servers and are never sent to an AI provider. Photos and music you upload for a video are deleted when the job ends, within 24 hours at most. Photos you save to a character are kept until you delete the character, as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. What you may not do

You must follow our Content Policy. In short: no minors, no use of someone's likeness without consent, and no harmful or deceptive content. Do not misuse the service, try to break it, or resell it.

8. Subscriptions and purchases

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. The details are in the Subscription Terms. Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using Videoz.Fun at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the Content Policy, or that puts other people at risk.

10. Disclaimers and limits of liability

Videoz.Fun is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will always work without interruption or errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law does not allow us to limit.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version and the date are shown at the top of this page. If a change matters, we will tell you in the app or by e-mail. Using Videoz.Fun after a change means you accept it.
