We respect the rights of creators. This page explains how to report content that you believe infringes your copyright.

1. How to send a notice

Send your notice by e-mail to support@videoz.fun. To be valid under 17 U.S.C. 512(c)(3), it should include:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• A description of the copyrighted work you say is infringed.
• The address (URL) of the content on Videoz.Fun that you say infringes it, with enough detail for us to find it.
• Your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
• A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.

2. What we do

When we receive a complete notice, we review it and, where appropriate, we remove or disable the content. If the content is a template, we take that template down.

3. Counter-notice

If you believe that content was removed by mistake, you may send us a counter-notice by e-mail to support@videoz.fun. It should include your signature, a description of the content and where it appeared before removal, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake, and your name, address and consent to the jurisdiction of the courts. We may pass a counter-notice to the person who sent the original notice.

4. Repeat infringers

We close the accounts of people who repeatedly infringe the copyright of others.
