Subscription Terms

Videoz.Fun is a service of CloudWish LLC.

These terms apply to paid subscriptions bought on the website or in the app.

1. Automatic renewal

A subscription renews automatically at the end of every period until you cancel. We charge the price shown at checkout, plus any taxes, to the payment method you used.

2. Trials and intro prices

If you start with a trial or an intro price, the checkout shows what you pay now, when the offer ends and the price you pay after that. When the offer ends, the subscription renews at the renewal price unless you cancel before.

3. Coins

Each period your plan credits the coins shown in the plan. Coins are used to make videos. They have no cash value. Subscription coins are valid for the current period: at each renewal the new period's coins replace any left over, so unused coins expire. Intro coins end when the first paid month starts. Coin packs you buy on the website are valid for 12 months. Coin packs you buy in the App Store or Google Play never expire.

4. How to cancel

You can cancel at any time. After you cancel, you keep your plan until the end of the period you already paid for.

• Subscriptions bought on the website: cancel in your account, under Billing.
• Subscriptions bought in the app: cancel in the settings of your Apple or Google account. We cannot cancel those for you.

5. Refunds

We do not refund part of a period that has already started, except where the law requires it. See the Refund Policy for the other cases.

6. Price changes

If we change the price of your plan, we tell you before the change takes effect. You can cancel before it does.
