Questions
How do coins work?
Every video costs coins, and you see the price before you generate. If a generation fails, the coins come back automatically.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel in your account or from the link in your receipt email. Your plan and its coins stay until the end of the period you paid for; unused plan coins don’t carry over. Coins from packs last 12 months.
What is a coin pack?
A one-time payment for extra coins. It is not a subscription and never changes your plan.
What does the “≈ videos” estimate mean?
It is an estimate: one video is a 16-second template at Standard quality. Longer videos or higher quality use more coins.
Is paying safe?
Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card number never reaches Videoz.Fun.
